About Us
We are a small family run company that has been operating for over 25 years in the Costa del Sol area. The company was started by Uta Wenborn, who has a backround in the hotel and catering business.
The business started as a result of friends asking if Uta could look after their properties for them in their absence. This soon escalated to where we are today. Uta is still an integral part of the company but tends to deal more with the clerical side of the business.
Her son David and his wife Victoria have now taken an active role in the running of the company. David was brought up in Spain and returned to England to pursue a career in the Police force. He remained in the police for 12 years until returning to Spain with his wife to assist with the family business. Victoria and David are both tri-lingual (English, Spanish and French) and Uta also speaks German.
The business is well connected with both Spanish and English skilled tradesmen and this in turn provides a fast response to any problem that may occur (even out of hours or at weekends).
Due to the nature of our business, it is essential to provide a personal service and as a result we have set limits to the area that we can cover effectively. This encompasses Mijas, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Calahonda and up to Marbella (Marbella not included) and surrounding areas.
We currently manage all types of properties from the small to the very large and unlike other management companies we do not bind you into a contract. The reason for this is that we like to work with you as a "partnership" and not just another contract. We feel that if you would like someone else to manage your property, then you should be able to do so. We appreciate that your property is special to you and finding and trusting someone to manage it is a big step. We will look after your property and your guests on your behalf.
