Owner Responsibilities

Whilst it is our job to provide you with an excellent service, property owners still have their own responsibilities. This list, though not exhaustive, gives an indication of the kind of things that you, as an owner, will have to consider.

• Ensuring the property has adequate comprehensive insurance, covering the property and the guests alike. (We can source policies for you that include "public liability cover")
• The day to day running costs of the property including bills
• Paying for the pool staff, gardener and maids
• Informing us of new bookings (times and dates)
• Ensuring there is sufficient Linen/Towels for "change overs", 2 complete sets min (3 sets are recommended)
• Cost of food parcel/welcome pack
• Purchase cost of gas bottles(if required)

One thing you can be assured of is that we deal directly with you and keep nothing back. There will not be any hidden extras or unexpected surcharges as everything will be considered when we discuss your needs.
